Infleqtion is hiring a Subcontract Program Manager to lead strategic suppliers and subcontractors supporting hardware development programs in its Quantum Sensing Solutions group. The role oversees subcontract performance, integrates supplier activities into program schedules, manages negotiations and awards, assesses risks and opportunities, tracks budgets and commitments, and coordinates with engineering, manufacturing, quality, contracts, finance, program management, and customer stakeholders. Candidates need 10+ years of subcontract or hardware-development program management experience in U.S. government aerospace, defense, or NASA programs, knowledge of government contracting regulations, and strong negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills.
