TerraPower is hiring a Subcontract Technical Representative to provide strategic technical oversight, compliance reviews, change-management support, and continuous-improvement assistance for subcontract relationships involving more than $4 billion in nuclear reactor design, development, licensing, EPC, commissioning, and utility-transition activities. The role manages technical interfaces, statements of work, specifications, subcontractor deliverables, performance metrics, supplier capabilities, and contract administration, while collaborating with Procurement, Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders. The position requires an engineering degree, at least 15 years of technically-oriented customer-to-subcontractor interface management experience, and experience with nuclear, industrial, government, infrastructure, or international projects. It is based in Wyoming, offers up to 50% travel, and pays $142,996–$190,661.
