Bechtel is hiring a Subcontract Technical Representative (STR) – Concrete Operations for its Poland nuclear power project with Westinghouse and PEJ. The role sits in the Construction organization and focuses on coordination and oversight of onsite concrete operations, including batch plant operations, subcontract management, quality control, scheduling coordination, and compliance with engineering, design, safety, and environmental standards. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5-8 years of relevant experience (or 9-12 years without the degree), authorization to work in Poland, native-level Polish, and extensive concrete batch plant operations experience.
