Cherry Bekaert Recruiting & Staffing is seeking a Subcontracts & Procurement Specialist in Fairfax, Virginia for a contract or contract-to-hire role supporting advanced research, engineering, software, and manufacturing programs. The position owns the subcontract lifecycle, manages RFPs, RFQs, supplier proposals, cost and price analyses, agreements, subcontractor onboarding, performance, and compliance documentation, and partners with engineering, finance, supply chain, and project teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 7–10 years of subcontract administration or procurement experience in a DoD or defense contracting environment, at least three years of Deltek Costpoint Procurement Module experience, and knowledge of FAR, DFARS, ITAR, CPSR, and related procurement requirements.
