CHAOS Industries is hiring a Subcontracts Manager to own the full lifecycle of major and complex subcontracts, from requirements definition and source selection through negotiation, award, administration, and closeout. The role manages FAR/DFARS flowdowns, cost and price analysis, supplier qualification and risk governance, CPSR-compliant purchasing-system files, and supplier performance monitoring. It requires a bachelor's degree and 8+ years of federal subcontract administration experience, or equivalent education and experience, U.S. citizenship, and a DoD Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one. The role offers a base salary of $120,000–$170,000, fully paid medical, dental, and vision benefits, and additional benefits.
