Hays Electrical Services is hiring a full-time Subcontracts Specialist in Houston, Texas. The role administers subcontractor processes from prequalification and onboarding through agreement execution, invoice and payment readiness, lien waivers, compliance tracking, issue resolution, reporting, and closeout. It coordinates with project operations, supply chain, accounting, contracts/legal, accounts receivable, subcontractors, and general contractors, and requires at least three years of relevant subcontract, construction, procurement, contract administration, project controls, or accounts payable experience, along with strong organization, communication, documentation, and Microsoft Office skills.
