Description
Stellar Energy is hiring a full-time, exempt Subject Matter Expert – IMP to lead root-cause analysis, technical problem solving, process development, and continuous improvement across its IMP manufacturing operations. The role focuses on transforming tribal knowledge into documented procedures, improving material flow and inventory systems, collaborating with engineering, materials, project management, and production teams, and supporting Lean, quality, ISO 9001, and other manufacturing improvements. It requires at least five years of hands-on manufacturing experience, experience with heavy manufacturing, fabrication, or large assembly operations, and the ability to work independently and across departments. The position is based in Jacksonville, Florida, with up to 25% travel, and includes medical, dental, vision, HSA, retirement, and other benefits.
