The Handwerkskammer Wiesbaden is hiring a full-time Subject Matter Trainer / Master Craftsman (m/f/d) for vocational training and continuing education in the electrical trades at its Vocational Training and Technology Center Wiesbaden I. The role involves delivering apprenticeship and adult education courses, preparing course content, supporting cross-disciplinary projects and examination committees, and coordinating with trade stakeholders. Candidates should have completed the master craftsman examination in the electrical trades, ideally with several years of professional experience, along with pedagogical competence, knowledge of electrical standards, IT skills, and willingness to develop professionally. The position offers 40 hours per week, salary level 9 b under the Hesse collective agreement, pension provision, an annual special payment, a job ticket, training opportunities, and canteen meals.
