Description
Northampton Community College seeks a Part-Time Subject Tutor to support student success through personalized tutoring sessions. Responsibilities include helping students deepen their understanding of course material, develop learning strategies, enhance critical thinking, and improve academic skills. Tutors may conduct individual or small-group sessions both on-campus and online. They will undergo College Reading and Learning Association (CRLA) training and obtain certification within one year of employment.
