Description
Saab is hiring a Subproject Manager to lead one or more projects developing signal systems for air, land, and maritime applications. The role covers project planning, scope definition, risk identification, methodology, resource allocation, facilitation, cross-team collaboration, complex-system understanding, and potential budget responsibility. It requires an engineering degree, at least five years of professional experience including three years of leadership experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and fluency in Swedish and English. The position is full-time and on-site at the customer’s premises, with home work possible when operations allow, and requires security clearance approval.
