Fassmer is hiring a Subproject Manager in marine engineering or mechanical engineering to manage subprojects, coordinate planning and resources, support concept, basic, and detail engineering, interface with customers and authorities, manage stakeholders and suppliers, and provide technical support through manufacturing, commissioning, acceptance, and after-sales. The role requires a technical degree or technician training, relevant marine engineering and project management experience, CAD and Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong English communication skills.
