Subscription Services Representative at Pure Storage

Everpure is hiring a Subscription Services Representative to support an assigned territory on the World-Wide Renewals team. The role coordinates with channel partners and account managers to maintain and grow renewal rates, resolve customer issues, manage installed-base and subscription programs, forecast the renewal pipeline, and optimize renewal, attach, and term rates throughout the quote-to-cash process. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least two years of subscription sales and customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, Salesforce aptitude, and advanced computer skills; the role pays $55–$90 USD hourly and may include incentive pay or equity.
