The role coordinates and implements outpatient substance abuse counseling for offenders assigned to the CSCD program, using clinical screening tools, individualized treatment plans, progress monitoring, documentation, and team meetings. It also includes specialty court staffing, court sessions, and occasional travel. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in a related field and be a qualified counselor with an emphasis in drug or alcohol abuse, psychometrics, diagnostics, mental health, or counseling; two years of full-time paid experience is preferred.
