PsyPhyCare, a division of Business Staffing of America, Inc., is looking for a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) to join their team in Grafton, Massachusetts. This full-time or part-time contract position involves providing on-site substance abuse prevention and counseling services within a federal-supported residential youth program aimed at preparing young adults aged 16-24 for meaningful employment and independent living. The counselor will deliver individual and group counseling, develop educational programs, engage with students in various campus settings, collaborate with staff, support student development, provide crisis intervention, create case management plans, and ensure proper clinical documentation.
