DeCoach Recovery is hiring a Substance Abuse Counselor in Cincinnati to provide assessment, individualized treatment planning, solution-focused counseling, crisis intervention, and multidisciplinary care to clients with substance use and behavioral health concerns. The role requires CDCA, LCDC II/III, LICDC, or higher-level certification, strong communication and documentation skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
