Description
Lund’s Regional Partnership Program seeks an RPP Case Manager to work with families affected by parental substance misuse, screen for substance use, coordinate referrals to assessment and treatment providers, address engagement barriers, and consult with DCF staff. The role is based at local DCF Family Services offices and may involve community spaces and caregivers’ homes, with occasional statewide travel. Applicants need an associate degree, substance-use or family case-management experience preferred, an AAP certificate or ability to obtain it, technology skills, reliable transportation, and a valid Vermont driver’s license. The starting rate is $25 per hour, with health, dental, life, disability, retirement, paid training, and other benefits for eligible positions.
