Description
Spring Health is hiring a fully remote Substance Use Disorder Peer Recovery Specialist to provide one-on-one peer support to individuals with SUD, develop individualized recovery plans, collaborate with clinical and support teams, document member progress, advocate for resources, and mentor new team members. The role requires certification as a Peer Recovery Specialist, at least two years of SUD peer-support experience, lived substance-use recovery experience, and strong communication and confidentiality skills. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 12pm–8pm EST or the equivalent in the employee’s time zone, with a target base salary of $32.00–$37.00 per hour.
