Catch22 is recruiting a Substance Use Practitioner to work with children and young people up to age 25 in the Hampshire 24/7 Substance Use Service. The role provides confidential, non-judgemental advice and guidance on drug and alcohol use, delivers targeted therapeutic interventions, and supports service users through a multi-professional, community-based service. The practitioner will be based in a Havant office covering Winchester, with regular regional travel, a vehicle, and a full current driving licence required. The position is permanent, 37 hours per week, pays from £26,097 per annum, and requires an Enhanced DBS check.
