Description
Excel Engineering is hiring a Substation Construction Supervisor to oversee utility substation construction projects, including hands-on supervision, inspections, safety compliance, design changes, material verification, discrepancy resolution, client communication, and reporting. The role requires at least 10 years of experience in electrical utility transmission and distribution, knowledge of substation construction practices, the ability to read electrical and civil plans, strong communication and leadership skills, and familiarity with Microsoft Office. The position is based in Amarillo or the surrounding area and pays $55–$70 per hour.
