HDR is hiring a Substation EIT/Coordinator within its Power sector. The role supports substation and power-related engineering projects by conducting analyses, developing design options, preparing engineering deliverables such as drawing packages, cost estimates, and specifications, and completing routine engineering assignments using standard techniques. The position works independently on small projects and assists senior engineers on larger projects, collaborating with project engineers, EITs, designers, and BIM specialists. An Engineering degree, Microsoft Office skills, and active participation in HDR's employee-owned culture are required; an EIT certificate is preferred and expected for career progression, while candidates without it may be hired under the Design Coordinator job code.
