HDR is hiring a Substation EIT/Coordinator to conduct power-related design analyses, prepare engineering deliverables, complete routine engineering assignments, work independently on small projects or assist senior engineers on larger projects, and support construction inspection and administrative activities. The role requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Microsoft Office computer skills, and an active commitment to HDR's employee-owned culture; an EIT certificate is preferred, and candidates without one will be placed in a Design Coordinator job code.
