Description
HDR is hiring a Substation Engineering Intern to support power-sector substation engineering projects. The intern will gain practical project experience, apply standard engineering techniques and procedures, work under the direct supervision of a professional or Project Manager, and participate in mentoring and young professional programs. The role requires current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program, attention to detail, problem-solving and communication skills, basic Microsoft Office proficiency, and commitment to HDR’s employee-owned culture. Two years of completed degree coursework, a 3.0 GPA, and field-related software knowledge are preferred.
