Vantage Point Solutions is hiring a Substation Engineering Lead (PE) to provide technical leadership, project oversight, and client engagement for electric utility substation projects. The role leads projects from planning through construction and commissioning, oversees design and professional engineering approval, manages schedules, budgets, quality, compliance, and field activities, and mentors engineering staff. Candidates need a BSEE or BSEET degree, an active PE license, at least 10 years of substation design and engineering experience, and at least 2 years of engineering leadership experience.
