AECOM is hiring a Substation Engineering Manager to lead and grow a team delivering substation projects across North and South America. The role covers project delivery from planning and design through construction support, technical oversight and QA/QC, client relationship development, business growth, team recruitment and engagement, and collaboration across AECOM's Energy practice. Candidates need a BS/BA, at least 12 years of related experience including 4 years in leadership or practice-building, a professional engineer designation, and U.S. citizenship; visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are not available.
