The manager will partner with the Project Manager to oversee technical execution, develop project plans, assign tasks, and provide technical guidance. They will also support scope, schedule, and budget aspects, perform quality checks, and potentially mentor junior engineers. The role involves leading multiple projects concurrently and contributing to the development of technical expertise.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Previous experience in electrical design of buildings (lighting/power/systems)
Preferred Qualifications: 8 years of technical design experience with high voltage electrical switchyard and substation projects of varying complexity up to 500kV preferred, including at a minimum, conceptual knowledge of physical, electrical, civil, and structural design components, and knowledge of IEEE, ANSI, and other applicable design and equipment standards.
Track record of working cooperatively with diverse teams, regional, department, technical managers, and project staff.
Self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills preferred.
Strong conceptual, organizational, problem solving, and collaboration skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
