HDR Engineering is hiring a Substation Engineering Manager/Team Lead to lead the technical execution of high-voltage substation and switchyard projects, partnering with project managers and supervising engineers and technicians. The role includes project execution planning, task assignment, technical guidance, scope and schedule support, quality reviews, mentoring, team development, and management of multiple concurrent projects. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience, professional registration such as a PE license, at least 10 years of experience, and preferably 8 or more years of technical design experience on high-voltage projects up to 500kV, along with leadership, communication, organizational, and industry software skills.
