ICF is hiring a remote Substation Physical Engineer to design distribution substations at 12kV to 69kV, with possible involvement in transmission projects above 69kV. The role leads physical design drawings, engineering studies, bills of materials, coordination with other disciplines, client meetings, site visits, vendor information, quality assurance, code compliance, and mentorship of junior engineers. Candidates need a BS in Engineering, preferably electrical with a power focus, and at least two years of substation physical design experience for electric utilities. The position offers a full-time remote United States work arrangement with a pay range of $81,499 to $138,549.
