Eversource is hiring one Substation Project Engineer to lead electrical design and engineering for transmission and distribution substation projects from scoping through energization and as-building. The role includes developing engineering solutions, coordinating disciplines and contract engineers, preparing cost estimates and schedules, reviewing drawings and equipment specifications, managing project scopes, and supporting emergency restoration and storm recovery. The position is based in Berlin, Connecticut, requires a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 3–5 years of related experience, and offers a hybrid schedule with at least three office days per week.
