Description
HDR Engineering is hiring a Substation Project Manager to lead substation engineering projects of varying sizes and complexities, including proposal development, project execution, quality control, scope, schedule, budget, and closeout. The role manages and mentors project engineers, EITs, coordinators, designers, CADD technicians, and administrative staff; oversees permitting, public and agency engagement, right-of-way acquisition, and construction management; supports client and business development; and coordinates with regional leadership and talent acquisition. A bachelor’s degree in engineering, at least seven years of related experience including two years of project management, a professional engineering license, and MS Office and MS Project experience are required.
