HDR is hiring a Substation Project Manager in St. Louis, Missouri, to lead power delivery and substation projects across Missouri, Kansas, and beyond. The role manages projects throughout the full lifecycle, including scope, proposals, staffing, execution, quality, schedules, budgets, closeout, and client relationships; coordinates multiple projects; mentors project staff; leads QA/QC; supports permitting, right-of-way, construction management, and business development; and provides technical and project management support. A bachelor's degree in engineering, at least seven years of related experience, at least two years of project management experience, a recognized professional engineering license, MS Office and MS Project experience, and demonstrated leadership are required.
