Description
HDR Engineering is seeking a Substation Project Manager to lead and manage substation engineering projects and programs throughout their full life cycle. The role covers proposal and scope development, team leadership, project execution, QA/QC, schedule and budget management, client engagement, permitting and construction-related coordination, business development, and staff growth across multiple offices. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least 7 years of related experience, at least 2 years of project management experience, a recognized professional engineering license, MS Office and MS Project experience, and demonstrated leadership skills. U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status is required due to client contract requirements.
