Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Technology, Construction Management, or equivalent work experience.
Required Previous Experiences: Five years of office and field management or technical services experience related to 15kV to 500kV utility electrical substation construction, including experience in mid-level management.
Experience with managing EPC Substation Projects.
Experience managing Greenfield and Brownfield Substation Projects.
Experience with Utility Substation Construction and Renewable interconnects.
Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in MS Office.
Experience in Microsoft Project and Primavera scheduling software is preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management and clients.
Strong attention to detail.
Willingness to work outside and travel as required.
