Description
HDR is hiring a Substation Section Manager to lead local power delivery relationships and oversee substation project execution, including project management, quality, schedules, budgets, business development, client relationships, staffing, and team supervision. The role manages and mentors substation staff, coordinates recruiting and worksharing, implements HDR quality systems, and supports technical and marketing leadership. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least 10 years of experience are required; substation design, project management, professional licensure, and California client relationships are preferred.
