Description
HDR is hiring a structural engineer to lead and execute structural engineering and design for high-voltage electrical switchyard and substation projects up to 500kV. The role includes steel structure and foundation analysis and design, coordination of structural design teams and project workloads, preparation and review of calculations, drawings, specifications, and construction documents, collaboration with designers and CADD technicians, site visits, and support for multiple concurrent projects. A bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering, a recognized professional engineering license, prior structural engineering experience, and experience with engineering consulting firms and design software are required.
