HDR is hiring an Area Substation Business Class Leader to provide subject-matter guidance and technical leadership for substation design and project delivery within a defined area or region. The role reports to Area Operations Leadership and supports business-class initiatives, technical standards, project reviews, quality processes, staff development, recruitment, and regional strategic pursuits. It requires a bachelor's degree in a related discipline, at least 10 years of management experience, and substation design experience covering both indoor and outdoor work.
