Counseling In Schools is hiring Substitute Activity Specialists to lead enrichment activities and support youth development, social-emotional learning, and positive behavior management in NYC after-school programs for students in grades K–8 during the 2026–2027 school year. The role requires at least two years of experience working with youth, experience or training in a specialty area, strong communication and classroom or group-management skills, adaptability to diverse student needs, and DOE and DOH clearance. Compensation is $20–$35 per hour.
