Innovation Learning is hiring a part-time Resilience Coach for the 2026-2027 school year to support school-age children at Westfield Elementary School in Winthrop Harbor, Illinois, and St. Patricks in Wadsworth. The role provides student engagement, behavior guidance, enrichment, recreation, academic support, and program operations, with an as-needed substitute schedule and pay of $19-21 per hour. A high school diploma or equivalent, age 18 or older, and strong communication and teamwork skills are required; childcare, leadership, and CPR/First Aid experience or certification are preferred.
