Description
AIDB is hiring substitute-pool CDL and non-CDL drivers in its Transportation Department in Talladega, Alabama. The role transports students, employees, and affiliates safely on local, regional, and state routes; maintains schedules and vehicle cleanliness; performs inspections; handles emergencies; supervises students and manages behavior; completes transportation paperwork and timekeeping; and attends wheelchair-lift and securement training. CDL applicants need a valid CDL with School Bus and Passenger endorsements, while non-CDL applicants need a valid driver license and must meet insurance, screening, and background requirements.
