Description
Counseling In Schools is hiring Substitute Group Leaders to support after-school programs for students in grades K–8 throughout the 2026–2027 school year. The role supervises student groups, assists with activities and transitions, supports behavior management through restorative and positive youth development approaches, builds relationships with students and staff, and helps maintain safe and inclusive environments. Applicants must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, obtain DOE and DOH clearance, and preferably hold an associate degree and at least two years of experience working with children under 13. Compensation is $20–$25 per hour.
