Description
The Substitute - Program Leader - BASE supports the Director and Assistant Director by supervising children in programs and unstructured activities, assisting with life skills and personal needs, building relationships with children, planning activities, and promoting positive behavior. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, at least 18 years of age, ability to work with children, and either three months of verified experience supervising four or more unrelated children over age four or a current early childhood professional credential level I or higher. The position is scheduled for Mondays and Wednesdays for the after-school program and Fridays for the before-school program, with a minimum hire rate of $18.31 USD per hour and eligibility for retirement plans and paid sick time.
