Description
The Substitute - Program Leader - BASE supports the Director and Assistant Director in supervising children in programs and unstructured activities, promotes community relations, guides behavior, builds relationships with children, ensures safety, and plans learning activities. The role may assist students with life skills and personal needs in before-school, after-school, and full-day programs, and is scheduled for Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday school-contact days, possibly during school breaks. Applicants must be at least 18, have verified experience caring for four or more unrelated children over age four for at least three months, or hold an appropriate early childhood credential; a high school education and First Aid and CPR certification are also required. The position is open until filled but will close on November 12, 2026, with a stated rate of $18.31 per hour.
