The Substitute - Program Leader - BASE supports the Director and Assistant Director by supervising children in programs and unstructured activities, building relationships with children, planning and implementing learning activities, guiding behavior, and ensuring safety. The role requires a high school education or equivalent, First Aid and CPR certification, and Universal Precautions Training. It is based at Copper Mesa Elementary, pays $18.31 per hour, and is open until filled before December 10, 2026.
