Description
Wellspring Community is hiring a part-time, as-needed Substitute Program Teacher/Support to provide enrichment, vocational, and educational instruction and instructional support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role includes following lesson plans, managing behavior, using technology, reporting daily goals, transporting participants, completing teacher maintenance tasks, and providing feedback. Candidates need strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and classroom-management skills; at least one year of experience working with a special-needs population is preferred, along with a valid Colorado driver’s license and successful background, drug-screen, and DOT-exam checks.
