Description
The Pupil Personnel Worker supports high-risk students and families in Baltimore County Public Schools by coordinating academic, attendance, residency, homelessness, disciplinary, and alternative-education interventions; providing casework and counseling; analyzing student data; and collaborating with schools, administrators, juvenile and child welfare services, and other community agencies. The role requires a master’s degree, three years of education-field experience, and a Maryland Educator Advanced Professional Certificate with a Pupil Personnel Worker endorsement, or the Maryland Pathway for Pupil Personnel Worker. It is performed in a school environment with travel throughout the county and pays $48.58 per hour.
