Description
The Academy of Our Lady of Peace is seeking substitute teachers for a per diem pool to report to the Assistant Principal of Curriculum and Instruction. Responsibilities include supervising students, following the teacher of record’s curriculum and daily directions, reporting student progress and attendance, and maintaining classroom expectations. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, familiarity with classroom instructional principles, technology skills, and the ability to work with high school students; a Single Subject Teaching Credential in California is preferred. Candidates must submit a cover letter, resume, two supervisor references, a negative TB result, Livescan fingerprinting, complete training, and official transcripts. Compensation is $25 per hour.
