Description
The Substitute Worker will work in a local school kitchen or cafeteria, performing cooking and food preparation, portioning and serving, sanitation, HACCP and health-department compliance, and assisting with cost and inventory controls. The role may be assigned to multiple school districts, may include pre-scheduled or last-minute calls, and requires availability on the posted days. Food service experience and computer literacy are preferred, while clearances, background checks, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills are required.
