Description
Marvell is hiring a Substrate Procurement Manager to lead procurement and supply strategy for large-body FCBGA substrates and advanced 2.5D/3D silicon-bridge materials. The role owns supplier selection, qualification, capacity planning, multi-year agreements, RFQs, competitive bidding, negotiations, contracts, supplier performance, supply risk, business continuity, NPI/NRE procurement, and cost-reduction roadmaps, while leading a team of commodity managers, buyers, and supply chain planners. Candidates need a BS in Engineering, Business, or a related field, typically 12+ years of semiconductor procurement or supply-chain experience, and expertise in substrate technologies, supplier negotiations, analytical modeling, and supplier scorecards. The expected base pay is $140,620–$210,000 per year, with bonus and equity participation.
