Pigment is hiring a hybrid technical and client-facing Success Advisor to partner with strategic clients, advise on performance best practices and multidimensional modeling, conduct workspace audits, build AI-augmented success-plan offerings, and collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and R&D. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, six years in a technical client-facing role, strong client credibility, parallel-project leadership, and familiarity with AI tools, data analysis, and solution design. Compensation is $170,000–$190,000, with stock options and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
