Description
The Success Coach provides intensive case management and individualized support to a caseload of more than 100 Catto Scholarship students, creating success plans, monitoring progress and stipend usage, coordinating academic, financial aid, counseling, transfer, career, and basic-needs resources, facilitating workshops, and supporting students during scholarship transitions and graduation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, two years of education or social-service experience, intensive case-management experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, data-organization and reporting skills, workshop-facilitation experience, and strong communication and organizational abilities; a master’s degree, higher-education experience, remote-student-engagement experience, integrated-management-software familiarity, student-programming experience, and budget-management experience are preferred.
