Metabase is hiring a fully remote, async Success Engineer to support customers using its business intelligence platform. The role involves understanding customer goals, helping design and optimize Metabase implementations, guiding data integration and query development, troubleshooting complex issues, creating educational materials, and providing customer feedback to product and engineering teams. Candidates need a strong technical background with at least three years of experience writing production code, administering systems, or managing databases, along with strong database and SQL skills and expertise in at least two technical areas such as web applications, infrastructure, or databases.
